Out of all of the cities Aliya has traveled to, Jerusalem had the best sunrises. She did not think she was being too biased when she gave her home city the top title for the 'loveliest sunrise in the land'. Alright, maybe she was just a little biased. Climbing atop the many buildings brought back memories of her childhood. It was on top of this very building when she and her brother chose to prank the noble Kalifa family. The children would always pick on her older brother, and out of revenge Aliya devised a plan that would halt their teasings for the time being. A bag filled with water would be filled to the brim and the two of them would aim and drop it on the terrible children. They would fuss and cry out while Aliya and her brother would try to hold back their laughter. The memory brought a bittersweet smile to her face. She missed him dearly and she often wondered if he was still alive. If he was, where was he? Why did he not contact her? Did he think she was dead? Wind picked up and removed the grey hood that covered her dark hair. Aliya planned to dance today and the grey robe hid the blue trousers and the revealing top to match. It gave her just the right amount of attention she needed in order to earn an honest living...compared to her 'honest' line of work that is. "Mira, today is going to be a very exciting day. I can feel it." She turned to her small companion and smiled. The small fennec fox wagged her tail and lifted her front paws against Aliya's legs. She lifted her pet to rest on her shoulders and gave a careful look over the edge of the building where she stood. With a final look to her partner in crime, she released the bag filled with water on an unsuspecting victim. "Some things never change..." she murmured to herself with a quiet grin.

Armando grunt as the guard elbowed him in the cheek. Stumbling back slightly he wiped away the blood that covered his eyebrow. He knew that the blood was not his for there was no source that it could come from. The sudden glare of the sun as the sword flashed downward made Armando flick his wrist and thrust his hidden blades into the man before the sword could make contact. A gurgle of blood in the mans throat made him crinkle his nose in discuss. Flicking his wrist back, his hidden blades extract from the mans organs and he fell face first into the ground. Licking his lips, Armando spun on his heel as he heard the shouts of another oncoming guard. They just won't give up will they? With a low growl, the assassin reached up and with amazing speed unsheathed the two swords on his back while charging towards the guard. The clashing sounds of the blades colliding made him grind his teeth together while he pushed all of his might against the Templars sword. The strain in the guards face made him turn red with rage and Armando knew he could turn that rage against him. The position of the swords was typical. The Templars guard was coming straight down upon his two sideways sword as he tried his best to shield his chest from the sharp blow. He could escape easily, all he needed to do was step back and pull his two swords away. And that is exactly what he did. The Templar stumbled forward when he pulled away and Armando side step before thrusting the two long swords into his back. With one last breath, the Templar laid limp less on his blades. With a grunt he pulled his swords out of the piece of flesh and sheathed them without any problem.
The fight had drawn a crowed and he quickly pulled his hood over his head. The last thing he needed was Templars hunting him down day and night, day after day. With haste, he dashed into the shadows and down a ally way. His chest rose and fell quickly from the energy of the fight and flight. Running his fingers across the brick walls as he walked down the shadowy short cuts, he finally came to stop. Leaning up against the wall, he reached up and ran his hands through his hair with a sigh. Armando didn't understand why the guards had attacked. Just hours ago he had arrived at this place for a mission. Armando was heading back to his stables when all a sudden the guards attacked. All he was doing was walking by; he kept his head down and adverted his gaze. With an annoyed grunt, he pushed himself off the wall and started towards the stables. Just as he took a step forward, large amounts of water fell upon him. The chill of the water made his body lock up, but nothing escaped his mute lips. It took everything he had not to start shouting in anger. This day couldn't get any worse. His jaw tighten to the point his veins popped out from the strain to keep the anger in. Slowly he lift his head up and he caught a quick image of a figure, but it pulled out of view before he could get a clear image. His fist slowly clenched and unclenched as he took slow breaths."Control your anger, Armando", He could hear his fathers words whisper in his head as he stood there soaking wet from the freezing water. Ever since birth, he always had a problem with his anger and to this day he was still trying to control it. With a deep breath, Armando turned and began to scale the wall. He didn't plan on hurting who ever had dumped the water on him, but he was going to get an explanation on why it happen.

She was surprised. Very surprised. She didn't know she would actually hit something, or someone. As far as she was aware, no one was awake and everyone was asleep. There weren't too many early risers, but evidently she was wrong. The man didn't scream nor shout from surprise when the water hit him. He did, however, look very upset. As if he was reigning in his anger that weighed a ton. Aliya couldn't help but to laugh. She covered her mouth in hopes of quieting the noise coming from her lungs, but that was pointless. She wasn't on assassin duty today, so her body didn't feel the need to obey her command of 'silence'. Maybe she should have ceased her laughing because before she knew it, the man had climbed his way up the roof and right towards her. 'A man of action...' she thought to herself as he continued to scale the wall. Not too many confronted her whenever she impaled them with water. The man had spirit. She liked that. When he would appear before her, what would she say? Sorry? No, that wasn't going to work. She wasn't sorry, and if she said she was she would be lying to the poor man. No, an apology wouldn't do. Instead, she reached into her pocket and grabbed a cloth. As soon as they would make eye-contact she would lift up the cloth and dangle it a little. "For your face, of course." she would say with a grin.

Gloved hands dug into the crusted bricks as he continued to scale the wall, determination darkening his eyes. Strangely enough, just as he came to the edge of the building, he heard laugher. Or at least a muffled giggle. It irritated him more but it also brought on a sense of curiosity, “What kind of lunatic is hiding up here?”
Just as his hand brushed the building edge he lunged himself up and over, landing like a dog with a grunt. He didn’t pride himself in being ‘swift and quiet as a cat’ so he never tried to be. He was a big boy, it was nearly impossible unless he really wanted to be. Besides, he was more of a dog person than feline.
As he rose to his full height he took in the scene before him. A girl no older than him stood with defining shoulders and an amused stance. Upon her shoulder sat a fox, although what bread or type was unknown to him. Despite the odd creature perched like a bird, the first thing that truly caught his attention was what she held in her hand. A foreshadow of a grin played upon her lips.
Eyes slightly narrowed, he took a step forward, highly attentive of her movements just in case she tried something smart. He could tell she was amused but due to his mute state he didn’t have a direct way of asking her to explain herself. Instead, he allowed his expression to.
Eyes furrowed together in a question, he pushed his shoulders back defensively, his hand lingering near his belt where his pistol sat loosely. With a flick of his chin he motioned to her. His whole body demanded an answer without having said a word.
